The Role
The job is simple. The work is not.
You meet homeowners, show them what their electric bill is doing, and help the right ones switch to Sunrun. Here is what that looks like.
- ScheduleFull or part-time
- ExperienceNone needed
- TerritorySouthern California
A day on the team
Morning to debrief.
A sample full-time day. Part-time reps usually join from 2:00.
Team meeting
Numbers from yesterday, wins, one skill to sharpen. Short and loud.
Role play
Run the pitch and the objections with a partner until it is automatic.
Into the territory
Drive out together. Lunch, then the plan for the street.
Knock
Meet homeowners, ask about their SCE bill, book the ones who want real numbers.
Appointments
Sit down with homeowners, walk through the Sunrun proposal, set home reviews.
Debrief
Log your numbers. What worked, what didn't. Tomorrow starts here.
